The best explanation I’ve heard is that the biblical names connote something larger than life, and thus the names of these larger than normal-sized bottles are meant to reflect this.

That's a great question. Hospitality is what makes it or breaks a company. We live by that rule everyday especially when your from Hawaii. The nice part of it it comes natural, however there's always room to learn.
